Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (Postal) to U.S.addresses at this time only. Shipping occurs 1 - 3 business after processing of payment.

Pickup

Returns

Damages through shipping must be reported to us within 3 business days or we can no longer assume responsibility, so please examine your shipment upon arrival immediately!

Unopened products in new condition with original packaging may be returned within 5 business days but customers are responsible for the cost of return shipment. Products kept for over 5 days without a return request are considered final.

Opened products can generally not be returned but please email or call us and we will try to assist to the best of our ability.

For wrong products shipped from Kornelia's Natural Care, please email us. We will cover the cost of return shipment and ship the correct products after receipt of the return.

For wrong products ordered by the customer, please email us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment and for the paying the difference in value of the replacement product. Replacement products are shipped after additional charges have been paid. Any credits will be refunded after receipt of the return.
